How much does delivery cost?

Standard delivery for up to two items is a flat $8.50. Three or more items is FREE. Express delivery is an extra $10.00

My purchase is a gift. Can I have is gift wrapped?

Yes! We provide gift wrapping on all items as well as a personalised card if the item is intended as a gift.

What if I'm not happy with my purchase?
A
Mail it back to us at PO Box 1600 Strawberry Hills NSW 2012 within 30 days and we'll fully refund you.

What credit cards does efragrance accept?

efragrance accepts Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, Amex and Diners cards. We use 128 bit SSL Digital encryption to securely scramble your credit card details between your browser and our webserver.

Can I pay by phone or fax?

Definitely. After you have proceeded to the online checkout you can select this option. Just phone us on 1800 101 133 and give us your credit card details or just fax us your credit card details on 02 8399 3255.

I've forgotten my membership password! What should I do?

Visit the Member's Logon page, provide us with your email address and we'll email your password to you.

After you have logged on as a member, you will see "Edit Membership Details". Clicking this will take you to the membership edit details page.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard Delivery for one to two items is a flat $8.50. Delivery for three or more items is FREE. Express delivery is an extra $10.00.

How long will my order take to be delivered?
A
Standard Delivery takes between 1-5 working days depending on the location. Delivery to most metro areas in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane is 1-2 working days. For other states and rural areas allow between 2-5 working days. Express Delivery is typically overnight to most areas of Australia.

How can I change the delivery details on my order?

If you need to change the delivery details on your order, please email us with any changes.

Does efragrance deliver internationally?

efragrance does not currently delivery overseas.

How do I redeem a Promotional Voucher or Gift Voucher?
A
Firstly, place the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout. After you have entered your delivery details and choice of wrapping you will arrive at the vouchers page. Just enter the Voucher Number and the Expiry Date in the fields provided, if you have a valid voucher the amount will be deducted when you arrive at the payment page.
